PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read our Payment and Cancellation Policy carefully before using Our Service.
Reservation and Payment Terms
To reserve an event date, 50% of the Venue Fee is required. The balance of the Venue Fee, plus a refundable deposit, is due thirty (30) days prior to the event date. If booking within thirty (30) days of the event date, 100% of the Venue Fee, plus a refundable deposit, is due.
In the event of a cancellation, the Client will be offered another date to reschedule the event. This date is subject to property availability and at the discretion of TLBH. If TLBH cancels the event without cause, there will be a FULL refund to the Client.
Cancellations made greater than thirty (30) days before the event booking date, the Client will receive a FULL refund MINUS a $500.00 Date Reservation/Blocking Fee.
Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days before the event booking date, the Client will receive a 50% refund of the total amounts paid to TLBH.
Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the event booking date or No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the venue fee (i.e. no refund).
